Take Highway 101 South to Highway 156 going west. (This is a small two lane highway, so don’t think you have made a mistake). Seven (7) miles down Highway 156 you reach Castroville and a sign will direct you to Highway 1 south. Follow Highway 1 south to the Carmel exit at Ocean Avenue. Be in the right hand lane and turn right at the stop light at Ocean Avenue. Follow Ocean Avenue into town and turn left onto Lincoln Avenue. We are on the corner of Lincoln and 7th. (2.5 to 3 hours)

To San Francisco and Airport from Carmel

From Carmel, take Ocean Avenue east to Highway 1. Turn left on Highway 1 (north) go approximately 17 miles to Castroville. Take Highway 156 east for 6 miles to Salinas (Prunedale). Take Highway 101 North and this will take you to San Francisco (2 to 2.5 Hours).
